A fast and healthier way to serve Chimichangas than the traditional deep fried. These are very good, and you may dress them up to you own preference. I like to serve with green chile sauce sometimes instead of the picante sauce. (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - Miss Annie)

My #1 way to cook a pork tenderloin or a boneless pork loin because it's ALWAYS moist and tender. It's easy and foolproof! If you like, marinate the roast and rub with any seasonings that please your palate! So many people have asked me how long to cook tenderloins if they have "more than one" to cook, I wanted to give a simple response. ANSWER: So long as the tenderloins are NOT touching each other, cook 3 or 4 individual tenderloins for the same amount of time as if you were cooking one. Remember, each tenderloin is cooking in its own separate space. EXAMPLE: If cooking three 1-pound tenderloins, cook them only 5-1/5 minutes TOTAL. This makes it a great entree recipe when having a dinner party for 8-12 people, or more. (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - BeachGirl)

When I was a child, my family used to eat this at least once a week due to the fact that it is inexpensive and a little goes a long way. We also added fresh herbs or sometimes whole kernel corn. Its even better the next day and it freezes well. (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - Malriah)

I got this recipe from "Simple Vegetarian Pleasures" by Jeanne Lemlin. I LOVE asparagus and am always on the lookout for new ways to make it. This is such an easy and elegant way to serve it. The asparagus gets a slightly nutty flavor after roasting, which makes it even more yummy. (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - Taylortwo)

My mom showed me how to make the perfect roast beef, and I mean PERFECT! I love my roast beef rare to med-rare, and this is how I do it. IMPORTANT: Take your roast out of the fridge, and let it set to get it to room temperature before baking! If you like really rare bake for 15 mins. at 500. If you like your roast beef cooked med-rare, put in for 18 mins. at 500. If you like it well done, then just burn the darn thing LOL. What's nice about this roast is, if someone likes it done a little more, please keep in mind that the end pieces will be done a little more. ***(The roast in the series of photos that I took was a 2.75 lb. bottom of the round roast. I baked it at 500 for 15 mins., then turned the oven off and left it in the oven for 1 hour for a rare roast.) The cooking time is 5 minutes per pound but I couldn't reflect that in the cooking time in the TIME section for the recipe, at the bottom so I just put in 15-30 mins, depending on size of the roast you use (3-6 lb) (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - Linda's Busy Kitchen)

I never liked coleslaw until I tried my husband's great aunt's. Now I can't get enough of it! Great with BBQ pork sandwiches. You can also use a bag of slaw mix instead of shredding the cabbage and carrots yourself. (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - Marg (CaymanDesigns))

I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients. (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - Chris from Kansas)
